Use Initial Balance to strengthen patience and impulse control

I want to spend a little more time on Initial Balance before we continue on to Volume Profile.

One trading rule I try my best to follow (unless it’s A++ setup) is to not execute INSIDE of Initial Balance. Let’s take a look at SPY today (May 22nd, 2023) and see if sticking to this rule would have saved us money.
